Wonderful Villa for 12 people directly by the sea on the island of Korčula. Living area of 400m² on a fenced plot of 1600m².

On site you will find 2 Kayaks, a Jacuzzi for 6 people, a 50m² swimming pool with water jets and counter-current, deckchairs, bath towels, Fitness equipment. The beds are made on arrival. TV + SAT as well as air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room. Kitchen equipped with Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, 2 US fridges. Restaurants and supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

The villa offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Bay of Zavalatica. Designed for absolute privacy and seclusion, it sits midway between Vela Luka and the town of Korcula with all its gastronomic delights and cultural experiences.

From the inner courtyard where you can park 2 large cars and a small car, you will have access to the 8 bicycles that we provide.
